Gloxco Premium Greasable Wingnut Assembly, 5/8″ Eye Bolt, 5-1/2″ Long, Non Code, Each (WNA-58-GS-GR)

This Gloxco brand greasable wingnut assembly (wingnut assembly) is a replacement parts which is commonly found on vacuum tanks, manways, vacuum trucks, vacuum trailers, frac tanks, storage tanks, and pressure or storage vessels.

Gloxco Premium Wingnuts are made of Galvanized Ductile Iron which is much more fatigue and impact resistant than the cast iron found in traditional wing nut assemblies.

The most common break point for wing nut assemblies is where the handles meet the base. Our newly designed wingnuts are much thicker at this point to reduce breaking.

We redesigned the shoulder of our wingnut base to fit inside the manway lid. This will help center the lid and make installation easier.

Our most common complaint about other wingnuts is lost cotter pins. To fix this, we pre-crimp our cotter pin to hold it in place until you are ready to install.

Each assembly includes the a wing nut, clevis pin, cotter pin, eye bolt, and washer. The bolt is 5-1/2″ long and the eye has a diameter of 5/8″.

This wing nut assembly is greasable. It includes a grease cap with a nipple to fit a standard grease gun. This will help the operator to easily grease the wing nut for easy access to your manway. If you would prefer a standard, non-greasable wing nut assembly, try our product number WNA-58-GS-ST.
