1/2″ Galvanized Steel Pipe Nipple, Schedule 40, 1/2″ Male NPT x 1/2″ Male NPT, 48″ Long

These are 1/2″ diameter, welded galvanized steel pipe nipples. They are schedule 40 with a -200°F to 150°F temperature rating and have a zinc coating applied by hot dipped.

They have 1/2″ male NPT threads on both sides and are 48″ long.

These nipples comply with ASTM A-53 mill tested schedule 40 Welded Meets ANSI B36.1. All pipe is hydrostatic tested.

Cutting Procedure: All pipe is roller cut. A visual inspection of seams, excessive galvanizing, mid-welds, poor gal-vanizing, bends, roundness, under and over weight of the pipe is made at the time it is cut. This is done for every length of pipe.

Threading Procedure: All pipe is chaser thread cut to American Standard Tapered Pipe Thread standards. Pipe is visually inspected for roundness of threads and other visual faults as it is removed from the threading machine.
