Bauer Type Coupling, 4″ Male Ball Coupling x 4″ Male NPT, Galvanized Steel (BTC-400-MT-MB-GS)

The Bauer type couplings are ball and socket type fittings used to connect lengths of hose together. The primary application for bauer fittings is irrigation, but these fittings can be used in other suction and water transfer applications. Bauer fittings include a female socket fitting, a male ball fitting, a lever ring and an o-ring gasket.

This is a 4″ male ball coupling that connects with a male NPT connection.  This male coupling can be used with a 4″ female bauer socket x 4″ male NPT, a 4″ lever closure ring, and a 4″ buna o-ring gasket.

At Gloxco, we offer bauer fittings to connect to hoses using a NPT connection. We also offer Bauer fittings to connect to hose with a hose shank (hose tail).
