Poly 1-1/2″ Cam and Groove Fitting Kit with Male Camlock Adapter, Female Camlock Coupler, Four Clamps

This Gloxco cam and groove fitting kit include everything you need to add cam and groove fittings to your hose. This kit includes the following: One 1-1/2″, polypropylene, type C, female cam and groove coupler. One 1-1/2″, polypropylene, type E, male cam and groove adapter. Four 13/16″ to 1-1/2″ working range stainless steel worm gear hose clamps.

The type C camlock fitting has a female camlock quick connect coupling on one side and a hose shank on the other side. The female camlock side of this coupler will only attach to a 1-1/2″ male camlock. The hose shank side will connect to 1-1/2″ hose. This fitting’s seal is made of NBR (Buna-N) rubber. Buna-N seals are resistant to fuel, oil, and other chemicals. The cam arms are made of stainless steel and includes two locking cotter pins.

The type E camlock fitting has a male camlock quick connect coupling on one side and a hose shank on the other side. This male side of this coupler will attach to a 1-1/2″ female camlock. The hose shank side can be attached to 1-1/2″ hose.

The body of these cam and groove fittings are made of polypropylene. Polypropylene camlock fittings are lightweight and are corrosion and abrasion resistant. These cam and groove fittings are suitable for use with water, hydraulic oils, coolants, gasoline, and other petroleum products. These fittings are used in systems such as air compressors, oilfield water distribution, vacuum trailer, vacuum trucks, frac tanks, storage tanks, agriculture, mining, road construction, fire fighting, and aviation industry.

Warning: These cam and groove fittings, or any other camlock fitting, should not be used for compressed air or steam.

The general purpose worm gear style hose clamps are made of 304 Stainless Steel and has a working range of 21mm to 38mm or 13/16″ to 1-1/2″. The clamps has a full size 3-piece construction with a 1/2″ wide band. Compatible hose size may vary depending on the thickness of the hose.
