Additional information

This is a male dry disconnect adapter that attaches to female dry disconnect couplers. Dry disconnect couplers (dry break couplers) help prevent spillage from accidental or normal disconnects using a spring loaded sealing device, minimizing product loss and operator exposure.

This adapter has a 2.5″ male dry disconnect adapter on one side and a 2″ female NPT on the other.

The adapter uses PTFE Encapsulated rubber seals, which is made up of PTFE and silicone. As a result, these seals are recommended for highly oxidizing fluids, esters, ketones, and other liquids not generally handled by natural and synthetic rubbers.
